Kulipari an army of frogs Wiki

Killara is a lizard mercenary, often seen with his two companions, Skink and Nogo, who consistently stick by his side. He allied himself with a few characters throughout the show, whether it be he was hired or because of mutual interest/connivence.

Personality[]

Killara is described as a shady and conniving figure, and this is quite accurate as his allegiance changes based on how he's paid. He is not particularly kind, nor are his actions inherently well-meaning, but he does on occasion end up in a position of aiding Darel. However he is overall a malicious and greedy, as he shows up as the enemy more often than not. In addition it is said that "Killara always has a plan... For himself" (Skink Season 2 Episode 9), meaning his greed is always his priority, even above his companionship with Skink and Nogo.

Kulipari: An Army of Frogs[]

In the first season, Killara was hired by Marmoo's younger brother, Pigo, to work for the Scorpion Lord. While at Lord Marmoo's headquarters, Killara has many mercenaries and other soldiers with him who assist with the job he was hired for in addition to Skink and Nogo. That army was put under his watch and training, as seen when Darel snuck in as Snorebutt and was left to Killara to train. He meets Darel again during the fight for the Amphibilands, and betrays Marmoo when he is offered a giant pearl by Darel.

Kulipari: Dream Walker[]

In the second season Killara has a debt to pay off to Lord Darkan. He believed himself to be successful in doing that by bringing him Marmoo, but instead he was betrayed by one of the soldiers he hired. He had to give Lord Darkan the giant pearl he intended to pay off the soldiers from the last season. He spends most of the season trying to get it back. In the scene where this happens, he is tossed a green object, Darkan mentions it is sentimental. Killara did not care for it as he crushed it with his claw. It is also worth noting that he used to be a Captain for Darkan, but left to become a mercenary in order to pursue his greed.

He works with Darel and Falgha for a short while to break into Darkan's throne room. He takes what he believed was the pearl, and left Skink and Nogo. When he is alone he realizes that he stole a stone, and had to go back. The second time, truly believing he was successful, he abandoned Skink and Nogo again when facing off with Lord Darkan, who chastises him for his greed. This time, he does not return.

Alone, and seemingly content, he stares at the pearl, only for it to crumble in his claw. In the end, his greed left him alone, and a failure.
